Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

A 24 hour cancellation notice is required for all appointments made 2 days or more in advance. For appointments made 48 hours or less in advance, we require sufficient notice to be able to fill the appointment slot (a minimum of 4-6 hours). If we receive insufficient notice of cancellation (or no notice at all/no show) you will be held responsible for the full amount of the reserved session(s). Otherwise it is our option NOT to consider any further ADVANCED APPOINTMENTS.

A determination will be made by management if we will accept individuals who fail to provide proper notification.

This action is being taken due to a large number of last minute cancellations and no-shows. In these situations other clients who could have reserved a session lose out and we are unable to fill these sessions, which are a loss of valuable time and business.

Arriving Late

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the following reserved session. You are responsible for the full payment of your scheduled session, regardless of the actual length given. Out of respect for all concerned please plan accordingly and take commute time and looking for parking into consideration. Please be on time or a little early.
